7/10. Pretty good instrumentally. Like those vocal effects in the chorus, gives off such a unique vibe, really reminds me of the guitar effects used at the end of "Seperator" by Radiohead (by far the best song of the album it came off of btw...) The song sounds quite unique, different from other songs that sound similar... Not my favorite but still nice to listen to. Would be higher rated if there was a different singer, he sounds kind of weird for the music and his voice totally doesn't match up with the guy singing in the video, sounds much older...

Speaking of Seperator...

8/10 - I always thought that TKOL is a bit underrated, a solid album

8/10 - a little slow for my liking, but a good song nonetheless :cheesy:

:surprised:

that's Beck in the video, i promise!! :P

here, have some more Beck

7/10 - I usually like The Killers (especially during the Hot Fuss era), but I think that with time they unevolved somehow. This song has the same problem: it could be great but it doesn't evolve into something special. An Up In Flames-like song and progression

10/10 - I can also play it on guitar :D

A wonderful indie welcome back to Coldplaying, BTW sorry I was off I'm working on a indie film with lots of indie music in it.

8/10

Here, have some Killers and SOAD to enjoy

Midnight Show: 7/10

i don't remember hearing this song before. it's not bad, but definitely not as good as the other Killers songs i really like.

Chop Suey!: 9/10

i've always loved this song... somehow i get the feeling that people who know how big of a Coldplay fan i am would be surprised to find that i like System of A Down :P

and i'll throw in another of my favorite System of A Down songs

The Avett Brothers - Ain't No Man 7/10

SOAD - Toxicity 9/10

9/10 - sometimes i prefer instrumentals to songs with lyrics... except, you know, when i want to belt my heart out :P

Certainly not my favourite LP track, but still a solid 7.5/10

7/10 - I've always loved David Bowie's music, but I think his last is quite overrated because of his death. Technically speaking it is very sophisticated and original, but it leaves the sensation of a record that wants to embrace "too many" things, to be too much experimental. I know it is a strange opinion :)

6/10 - this reminds me of all the music i remember hearing in the late 2000s :joy: it's not bad for what it is, but not quite my taste

not that my taste is anything special. for example:

Funky and beautiful, yay for Apparatjik 8/10

you know, i'll give this like a 6

it's honestly about on par with In The End if i'm honest :P but i don't think i would have realized this was LP if i hadn't read it beforehand

7/10

Not really my style of music, but its got a good beat to it. The mix of rap, rock, and punk go in quite well. And its certainly better than their latest trashy excuse of a single.

8/10 - it sounds a little like the kind of music i'd hear on a Google ad, but it's still good :p:D

i'm feeling a little more Linkin Park right now...
