It's a really strange experience going to China...it's so different, I'm not used to such big cities and so many tall buildings, yet you can find these tiny parks and typical streets. It's a pity they are planning to destroy most of them :\

These photos are amazing! They make me really want to go there.... I think the goal of photography is not just to produce a beautiful image, but to also convey a place/person/thing and make others love and respect it. ;) You've definatly succeeded! great job :D

Hey, the day is nice outside, I decided to post something I drew last night that I'm moderately proud of.

 

I don't normally draw anime style, but for some reason, I reeeeeally wanted to. Drawn in Paint at about 1am last night. Woohoo...?

Ok, so this is sort of off topic... but whatever. I sent this out on MySpace mainly, but I'm trying to get as much help as I can, so here's the complete message I sent out:

 

 

Ok, so the school I'm applying to early decision has an option for you to send in 5 photographs of yourself, or that you've taken. So, as a photographer, I'm DEFINATELY doing this option!

 

 

I just would like some people's opinions on what shots are my best. If you could, could you visit my FLICKR account (this will literally take you 5 minutes, although if you want to take longer and really help me I'd love you!) and send me a message responding to this with the link to the pictures telling me which five you like the best. well, five to ten. I just need to narrow it down. What I love can be different from what other's do, and I'm not going to be the one looking at my application! Or, if you have a FLICKR account, just leave a comment on the picture saying "this is a good choice" or SOMETHING like that, you know?

 

 

 

Try and look at all the sets, and don't just choose concert photography. Maybe one from my Scituate Art Festival set, and one from NYC and all that. I know the bulk is concert photos, since that's what I do.... but yeah. I'm trying to show diversity.
