Babyshambles' Patrick Walden jailed The guitarist is held on remand following common assault charge Babyshambles' guitarist Patrick Walden has been remanded in prison after being charged with common assault. The on-off member of Pete Doherty's band has been accused of assaulting his girlfriend at their north London home. Walden pleaded not guilty to the common assault charge at Thames Magistrates court and will now be held on remand at Pentonville Prison until April 13, the Sunday Mirror reports. I would not doubt that picture one bit, he's drugged crazy and i dont get this bit about being let out time and time again! why don't they keep him locked up!? how many more screw ups does he get just cuz he's a musician?! A lot of the stuff printed in papers like the sun are just their twisted interpretation of events designed to 'shock' people.
