February 19, 201214 yr I've been to concerts of: 2007: My Chemical Romance, Paramore and Billy Talent. 2008: Kelly Clarkson (because of my obsessed ex gf :laugh3:) 2009: Coldplay and Paul McCartney. 2010: Muse (2x), Editors (2x), Green Day, La Roux, Paramore, 30 Seconds To Mars, Rise Against, Pink, Rammstein, The Ting Tings, Arcade Fire, Pearl Jam and Amy MacDonald. 2011: Coldplay (2x), Arctic Monkeys, Kings Of Leon, Linkin Park, Hurts, Queens Of The Stone Age, Seasick Steve, The Hives, Anouk, The National, My Chemical Romance and Ke$ha. 2012: Nothing yet. Seeing Coldplay in september again.
February 19, 201214 yr Bonnaroo ticket site is temporarily shut down due to an absurd amount of sales (and supposedly some technical issues). By what I've heard it hasn't actually sold out for a few years due to the economy, but the 3rd price level is already gone. I've noticed U.S. festivals have been on a sales upswing lately. These past 2 years are the first time Coachella's sold out within a week (usually it's taken a few months), while Lolla and ACL sold out last year in a few months even though they hadn't sold out at all in recent years. I'm just glad we're still nowhere near Glasto demand levels.

February 20, 201214 yr Coachella actually sold out both weekends in hours! The second sale in January did. The first batch of passes were on sale for a full week several months beforehand, which had WAY more passes than the January batch. Which is kind of a ploy on the part of Goldenvoice (Coachella's promoter) to claim they sold out within hours.

But I somehow prefer Terraneo, it's a new festival (this is the second year) and it's on the seaside... I guess I'll see until a couple more of performers are announced. :)
March 2, 201214 yr Seen Muse twice. Plan on seeing either Coldplay or Red Hot Chili Peppers, or both, in June. Definitely wanna see Radiohead when they tour the UK.
