April 23, 200818 yr the vinyl :) it's pretty obvious that this is the single cover art for violet hill even if it's only the little circle bit in the middle, where else would they have got ahold of artwork like that with "VIOLET HILL" painted across it in such a similar way to the new site? this has to be the new single artwork

April 23, 200818 yr Lucky for me I live in a town with a couple of great bookstores that stock NME, and I have a friend who transfers vinyl to CD, so I'll be happy to post it if noone else has. Probably someone from the UK will have it before me though. Thanks for posting!:)

April 23, 200818 yr I'm slightly worried that Chris said it's a perfect song for the NME's readers. EDIT: Nothing against the people that buy it, I just hate the way they big up certain bands and then slag them off when they're not 'cool' - no integrity at all, which I don't like.

Checked the website- 20 bucks shipping to Canada. So much for that thought. Durr. Love, love, love the splotchy colourful artwork, though. Guess we were right about the website art being connected.

They need to boost their circulation figures and the best way to do it is with a free gift which will be purchased not just by the regulars but by some newcomers who will hopefully like what they read and continue reading the magazine.

Agreed about the artwork!! My friend uses wavelab, and he does a really pro job, so I'll have a good quality recording, but the magazines usually get here a couple of weeks after their initial release in the UK so I won't have it til late may most likely.
