This is the most exciting R42 post I've read in a long time. And I'm glad that Chris' songbook looks identical to mine. :D

So what does everyone think of the picture with the folder that supposedly "represents" the record? Personally, All I think of it is that the record is going to be sounding more "acoustic"" than "digital" (which has been said in previous articles) especially when he compares the folder of papers to the stack of hard drives.

It's a good idea, and I agree. But personally, I think Roadie #42 just meant that most of the info and ideas for the album are in the closed notebook. Gah, everything we want to know is right there in that book, and all we can see is the stupid cover! D:

 

Oh well, I'm still happy we're being kept updated.

Coldplay.com into final six for award

Good evening. We're pleased to report that, thanks to your votes, Coldplay.com has made the final shortlist for the Best Official Website award at this year's BT Digital Music Awards. The ceremony takes place tomorrow in London - we'll report back on the result.

OK I'm confused, is it Ian's site Coldplaying.com that's up for the award, or Coldplay.com that's up for the award???? Please clear this up for me, cause some are saying Coldplaying.com and then anchorman said Coldplay.com and that Debs could be there to accept the award, but we are sending 2 from this site to accept the award.

Good afternoon. Guy has asked us to pass on an update about his old photos project:

 

I've just been looking through the latest batch of old photos which have been sent in for the art project I'm working on. There really are some amazing pictures in there, from all over the world - in fact, 28 countries and counting! A big thanks to everyone who has taken the trouble to send one. Please do keep searching them out and sending them in.
