Well... he was supposed to start playing The Hardest Part and just stopped it and said: "Oh fuck it, I want to play trouble" (or something along those lines, I can't remember. was way too amazed by it!!) PlayingCold
LIT II was so awesome, I was hoping that they would play it, and I went completely mental. The show really had everything from Hardest Part and Postcards to the massive Politik. Did anyone catch what chris played at the end of Politik or was it just him jamming? CPRani
Ah, awesome :D! Green Eyes and LiT ii sounds so good! Was The Scientist acoustic btw, or the whole band? I want to listen to that one!

Pix
.well, not for football and rugby[/size] :laugh3: ) I don't know about football but I'm a huge rugby fan & the atmosphere at Twickenham is always fantastic - especially when all the England fans sing SWING LOW together, and whether we are winning or losing!!! :laugh3: That's exactly the feeling of being a part of somthing that I'm talking about! C'mon ENGLAND, wave ya' mobile phone glow sticks..... Let's show the French that we can do it too! PS We like you too..... even for Rugby! That's the fantastic thing about Rugby the fans can always socialise & have a few beers together before & after a match, Win or Lose!
rossy3k
Hello dudes! Can't wait for tomorrow night, gonna be incredible, i was front row at the BBC gig in June and i'm against the walkway in the front block for this gig, anybody wanna meet up with a hardcore Coldplay fan before the gig? I'm up for meeting anybody! Ross :-)
open6l
ouch.... I absolutely love LiT II from Prospekt's March but this live clip really sounds a bit rough around the edges... I really 'hate' to say this but it sounds like Chris needs a bit more tinkering around with the performance... but at least its in the setlist now - only hope to hear more and more of it in the upcoming concerts. professa95
i think they need to make the guitar and bass alot louder especially during the bridge between the chourus but i dont want to be too critical because its only there first time playing it

richyrich2k1
Hi all! My second Coldplay gig at the NIA! Here are some pics I took, apologies they are so naff but better than nothing hey?! ;-) Absolutely stunning gig, really impressed. For me, some aspects of the Twisted Logic Tour at Earl's Court back in 2005/6 (?) were better but that's my only frame of reference lol Missed the 'normal' version of Talk, one of my fave parts of that TL tour but it was substituted with some equally awesome ones! Cpl_Carrott
Gutted.. Absolutely gutted! Me, The Mrs & the boy were supposed to be going to the gig in Birmingham on 1/12/08, unfortunately due the fact that events led to me completely forgetting about it till yesterday means that we've missed it, And, as the thread title says I'm bloody gutted. the fact that It's cost me £120.00 is inconsequential to the fact that I've missed what sounds like an absolute belter of a gig. My son's putting a brave face on it, but i suspect he's almost inconsolable. please feel free to call me a muppet if you wish!!!!

crazyduckette
Ooops. Maybe its some strange thing going around, cause the man sitting next to me (on the 2nd December) had also forgotton he was meant to be at the 1st December gig too.... and he'd only just got a ticket (but an excellent ticket) at the last minute for 2nd. He said his wife was rather angry. :o
