X&Y wasn't such a bad album at all, full of anthems and nice melodies too. After all, it was a best seller in 05'.

Viva La Vida...is more of an 'experimental' phase Coldplay have been through lately, a lot of critics can't really see the connection between Coldplay and experimental music..it'll take a lot of time to convince them.

Either that or they know that for the first time in ages people will actually want to read their reviews to find out about the album and the critics are power-tripping and hating CP just to hate CP. Honestly though, if you end up as a critic you really do need to rethink your life lol

For many people in the UK who read NME, they will see that they are hating bands for the sake of it after backing them only a few months before a review and the greatest band of all time.

 

Q for the past 3 or 4 months been giving virtually every album 3 stars just to cover themselves.

I just got Q and it's fantastic! (I don't have a scanner, sorry)

 

There's some great new pictures (including a weird one of Guy seemingly falling off a roof and the three of them looking shocked) and a great interview, although it's a bit too Chris-focused.

 

It also mentions the IMAX and Shine A Light which is where 'Coldplayed' met Chris. He was with the Q reporter :D

 

Hopefully someone can scan it for you guys because it's a great read :nice:

i don't know why? even i don't see any necessity in it,all these interviewers and columnists for magazines eventhough they're music oriented convert to topics like personal life and make embarassed not only him and everyone else too.
