As I said earlier you were the fans who still packed out that magnificent old stadium Maine Road when you were in the pits of the lower leagues. Now not many teams could do that. But don't allow some fans to forget those days. At the end of it all - those days will be looked on as fondly as days like today.

January 18, 201115 yr I don't necessarily think 24m is madness, he's in his mid-20s, English, and although I question how talented he is, the guy gets goals. In the past 5 seasons only Drogba and Rooney have scored more then him in the Premier League, considering he rarely got to start for Spurs it shows how well he's done for Sunderland, he'll be valued at Villa.

Still, May 25th 2005 = the greatest night of my whole life. ;) having only followed english for the last decade i haven't exactly understood to the whole man utd-liverpool rivalry so i dont hate liverpool as most older man utd fans would. so i actually really enjoyed watching that champions league final and it is quite possibly the greatest game of football i have ever seen, maybe second after the 99 final :D i feel for stevie g too. he is one of the best players to ever come out of england and hasn't enjoyed the success he deserves.
