Trust me the best place to sleep around here is outside looking at the stars.

That's a great thing of being in the country, there is hardly any street lights so no light pollution (apart from the 2 large security lights for the transport/storage yard), but it's all good.

i havent seen too many tents with roof windows though..

You go outside the tent stupid :P

Bah, but what's the tent for then?

If you're supposed to sleep outside but still bring your tent

Besides, doesn't it get a bit chilly to sleep outside watching the stars :uhoh:?

You sleep half-in and half-out of the tent :P

(Lower half in a sleeping bag or something within the tent, with your head outside the tent, sleeping when looking at the stars or looking up at darkness, it's so relaxing, whenever I want a good night's sleep I sleep outside)

'Watson, look up at the sky and tell me what you see.'

Watson replies, 'I see millions of stars.'

'What does that tell you?'

Watson ponders for a minute. 'Astronomically speaking, it tells me that there are millions of galaxies and potentially billions of planets. Astrologically, it tells me that Saturn is in Leo. Timewise, it appears to be approximately a quarter past three. Theologically, it's evident the Lord is all powerful and we are small and insignificant. Meteorologically, it seems we will have a beautiful day tomorrow. What does it tell you?'

Holmes is silent for a moment, then speaks. 'Watson, you idiot, someone has stolen our tent.'

Sorry, seemed appropriate :P

^^^hehe

heck only a fucking medal :embarassed: :veryangry2:

A SILVER MEDAL FOR MALAYSIA IN BEIJING: THE FIRST MEDAL IN 16 YEARS

Some people reported “China’s Lin Dan, in all his majesty, broke the hearts of 27 million Malaysians when he beat Lee Chong Wei for the Olympics gold medal in Beijing tonight.”

The most anticipated match ended with a disappointment over the lost of Lee Chong Wei who lost tamely (12-21, 8-21) to Lin Dan. Chong Wei was sluggish and slower compared to his previous matches. He was being controlled by Lin Dan and fail to tune in the faster pace of game. Lin Dan played a faster and aggressive than Chong Wei. Chong Wei, who was more defensive in the match opt to play a safer game by opting for a defensive game but unfortunately, Lin Dan was in superb form and nothing can stop him from taking the gold medal. A very impressive game from Lin Dan who lived up to his reputation as World Champion and now the Olympic Champion. I believe many Badminton fans are disappointed not because Chong Wei lost but how he lost tamely to Lin Dan. It might sounds unfair to Chong Wei as he had gave his best but yet people are expecting a better show from him.

On the positive side, Chong Wei had delivered the first medal after a 12 years wait. At one point, we wondered if Malaysia will come back empty handed again. At least for now, we have a silver medal. It is a good achievement for the national sport and it will certainly motivate the badminton players in Malaysia. We are proud of you Chong Wei and thanks for the contribution for the country.

that was disgusting, and Bela Karolli (sp?) went off!!!! I don't recall falling on your landing criteria for a medal. I felt so bad for Alicia, she has had a really bad week. poor thing:cry:

we've got the same regrets on the rings finals...with two italian who have been judged in a wrong way

Gymnastics judging is fucked up this time. The simple 'out of 10' judging was so much better...

out of shawn johnson, nastia luikin and alicia sacramone, i have to say that alicia was my least favorite, but REALLY. she deserved that bronze to no end, and chung fei fell on her fucking knees. it's especially sad after her nad day earlier in the week. i'm still fuming about the vault:P

but that aside, bella karolli (or however you spell it) cracks me UP. he was basically crying over this alicia thing, but i don't know, he just makes me laugh. my brother and i love watching him because he's hysterical.

I know, I was pulling for her so much to get some kind of medal out of it and see just missed it with 4th place, that girl needs a hug, some chicken soup and a coldplay song.

double post...

yeah, I love how they're always teasing him by showing videos of him watching the routines, he's very animated and completely honest about what he thinks which makes him so perfect for commentary.

Everythings not Lost? big sing along at the end for Alicia

I watched uneven bars final, and wondering how come Beth Tweddle of Great Britain received low marks. Again, China dominated the game.
