FINALLY saw a Coldplay gig LIVE on tv instead of hearing about it then downloading the video :) Yaaaay for stateside gigs!!!!!!!! :)

Yeah, I just found two on Youtube and the crowd sounds really loud! I guess that's why Chris didn't seem as frustrated with the crowd as we were...

i thought the show sounded better than msg..but it was so much fun. thanks for the vip passes ian!! it just made my week..msg and the today show. the soundcheck was great, they looked so relaxed and chill all smiles. :)

Yeah right at the end, some guy who worked there seemed to saying something to him but he just shrugged and ran off down this narrow walkway between all the fans. With security running after him looking panicked. :lol:

There was a shot when chris ran to the back of the crowd towards the end of in my place where it was Chris on the tv and all you could see was the massive crowd around him.Thats was a cool shot!!

I almost got a legit setlist off the stage, too. But I got a good look at a few and that said that they actually should have played another song (well really, two) on air. It said the setlist would end with Politik/Trouble.

 

Wish we got to hear that! Not complaining though!

just watched the stuff up on the today show and yeah - it seems they had to mute out the crowds (makes sense its live tv). cant wait to see some of the stuff posted on youtube. the vip section was huge and at points it seemed like no one was into it, but that really wasnt the case.

 

awesome show. they sounded amazing. loved the soundcheck. was so glad i made it. this sooooooooooo made day 1 of being 34!

 

and thanks to the person who let me stand in front of them (im quite sure you use this board) :) some woman on the other side of me (who was a guest of someone at nbc) decided to give me a lecture on courtesy and saying its rude to push and shove. i politely said 'im sorry, but i didnt even touch you' and thought to myself, but i will be jumping around when coldplay performs. i dont think she was happy at all. f- her!

 

i had the time of my life.
