2009 North American Tour ... presale???

Featured Replies

Well, hopefully the rest of you had better luck than me! I think you could really only get a good seat if you were just purchasing 1 ticket. I'll be trying the general sale tomorrow for better seats. :D

Yeah, that's what I decided to do as well. They were selling the furthest $97 seats possible

I am so sorry. :( Maybe tomorrow you will have better luck!

Oh no! So maybe it's best to just wait for the general sale?

this will be my first attempt at purchasing tix and my first time to see Coldpay.

You could try the presale, but I would definitely wait for the general sale if you have more than 2 people going.

Just me and my daughter. She's not a huge fan, but agreed to go with me if I get tix. :D

I just want to be in the venue, I don't care wear I sit at this point. Well, i DO really, but will take what I can get.

guys, don't listen to me with presale problems, i had a problem with an account and created a new one, worked fine. i ended up getting decent seats and believe it or not, the same seats are available still, 1.5 hours later. just keep trying, as for the front rows, no chance, i wish!

Yeah, there are still decent seats out there but if you're really wanting the front sections I would wait until general sale.

Hmmmm, I'm not sure what to do. I've got my little map of the venue printed out so I guess I'll just wait and see what's available tomorrow. I may go ahead and buy tix if they are halfway decent and then try again for the general sale. If I can get better ones, I'll either find 2 others to go with us or sell the less desirable ones.

just try for the presale then if not happy general sale..there is a mix review if the presale gets good seats i say it does some say that only crappy seats are available but i have always been satisfied with the presale..

45 or so minutes to go...

i logged on to both websites so I could have options but if no luck today..then i'll try tomorrow.

okay. i was just checking out tickets to see how much fees im going to have to pay with the ticket.

IT IS RIDICULOUS. $30 in stupid ticket fees?!?!?! are you KIDDING me? and i would go to a blockbuster to avoid fees but none of the ones in my area sell live nation tickets. BAH.

If you use the password applied by Ticket Rush...will the same buyer be able to use the same password at another event?

I'm just making sure there isn't some kind of limit.

30$ in fees for both tickets? as in 15$/ticket? or is it 30$ each cuz that would be absurd. 15$ is still absurd for a piece of paper that has to be printed but that I'm used to (i suppose).

It's 30$ a ticket...but for lawn tickets it was like 12$.

!!! that is crazy!! thats pretty much stealing, really. I feel like fans are being pushed into a corner and given no options.

gah

isn't there a way to pring them off yourself? or is that what the fee is for?

the north calorina venues charge a parking fee which i find ridiculous if you dont want to park at the venue.

well this is what it looks like for NC.

Reserved 1

Section 6, Row L, Seat # 11

Ticket Rush $97.50

Parking Fee $6.00

Ticket Fee $20.15

Ticket Tax $3.02

Lawn

Section LAWN, Row 25, Seat # 223

Ticket Rush $35.00

Parking Fee $6.00

Ticket Fee $12.35

Ticket Tax $1.08

Section 4, Row R, Seat # 38

Ticket Rush $79.50

Parking Fee $6.00

Ticket Fee $19.55

Ticket Tax $2.46

I believe you get the fee charged either way.

i'm pretty sure theres no way around the fee. its like their service fee which is comparable to the system access fee they used to apply to cellphones.

15 minutes...*grabs paper bag to breath into*

:worried2:

Good Lord!!!!

Wish I had the money

or the time to drive to Wisconsin
