For Citi and AmEx, cardmember can get pre-sale tix with a promo code they get thru email or something. Sometimes, it's even earlier than the other pre-sales.

Of course, you have to pay with the card (duh! :rolleyes:)

BUT people still complain about it.

Geeze, my stomach is in a knot over this! This will be my first attempt at buying Coldplay tix. I've got my pre-sale code and am going to just hope for the best come Friday at 10!

 

I'm trying for the tix for the St. Louis/maryland Heights show.

Guys the Citi and Amex presales are not that special. They will get you seats but in terms of how good they are, well, I would say on a scale of 1 to 10 they are about a 6.

The code for these cards is typically the first six digits of your card ie. 412800 or 8005253355. It is possible to use these codes and not have a citi/amex card. So the big benefit thing citi and amex build up isn't that special really.

I got my floor seats for Halloween through general sale, but that's because there wasn't a presale... At least not any large-scale ones like this Live Nation one. So I don't know what to think!

When they were in Toronto last summer I got upper bowl tickets from the pre-sale

Then I went on when they went on sale to the general public and got some pretty awesome lower bowl tickets at the ACC

I have a 10:15 class and I'm getting to the lab early so I can buy them while I am there.I'll be cursing and sweating. People will give me weird looks but IDC. It's Coldplay!
