I guess I'll just wear my "we live in a beautiful world" coldplay tee circa 2001 and hopefully someone in charge will see it and say "Give that nice young lady a seat upgrade!"

HAHA this is the luckiest i have ever been with tickets thats for sure..at the Anaheim concert in Nov i sat on the floor but in the last section in the very back...yes i was on the floor but it was way too far back i would have rather been in the first couple of rows on the elevated seats...but this time i got lucky and i CANNOT wait!!! ill be literally rows away!!

awesome. last time I saw them here in AZ, I was up in the nosebleeds only able to see 4 small ants. i'm very happy that i'm closer, in row 201, than i was last time.

Yeah, I guess I shouldn't complain. I saw them at The Filmore in San Francisco in 2005 dead front and center against the gate. Chris spit on me and threw me his guitar pick. Only had to wait 6 hours in the rain and pay $26 at the door! Best day of my life. I looked to the people next to me when I got there and said, "My wedding day is not going to beat this moment."

Actually, I just search for one $97 seat on Live Nation for Charlotte, and I got Section 1 Row P. But I don't feel like spending this much when I prefer that good seat in Tampa.

i suggest u guys use ticketmaster..and now i believe that u guys should do the general sale..i know for next week i am doing the general sale..

I was on both ticketmaster and livenation. When I tried for livenation, I couldn't get anything and while I looked for other tickets, I saved my ticketmaster seats (gave me 6 minutes) and opened another window to see if I could do better on ticketmaster or ticketrush but no success.

agreed but now i have a feeling that the general sale might be better..that is not to say that i don't love my seat it might be further away but it will have a great view something that i have not had..i've had ok views etc..and i might add this just for kicks i tried to get 3 tickets together and that never ever worked for me with this presale...even though the limit is 4 i could only get 2 or 1..anyways anyone wanting to get 3 or more seats together should wait for general sales..as i said before that is what i am doing for next week..

Well the thing is, my mom is the one doing this since I won't be home... After reading what the Oracle said today, I'm tempted to tell my mom to call Live Nation tomorrow, but I think I have to stay on the line with her so we can't do both. She also claims that she can't manage the online ticketing and the phone at the same time :rolleyes:

 

I think I'm only buying one ticket, so I should have a good chance, right? The problem is, if I buy one tomorrow, I can't buy another one on Saturday if there are better seats- I won't be home/ it's too expensive. So I only have one chance at this!

The TicketRush presale password works on both Ticketmaster and Livenation sites. For me, from looking around for the Chula Vista concert, LiveNation seemed to have better seats than TM. A single ticket w/ fees from LN totaled to $119 (note it was not GA level). TM might have a higher cost in fees from what I've read. Plus LN was a bit faster in getting to ur tickets after punching in a verification code, etc. You can always have TM and LN both open and start with LN for tickets first.

 

As for grabbing the first set or finding one you like best, that's a tough one. For your situation, it would be on the safer side to go with the first you get unless it's absolutely not what you want/pay for, like nosebleeders seats, it couldn't hurt to try a few more times in hopes you get lower level seats. The Missouri show isn't listed on TicketMaster either. I have no choice but to use LiveNation. I guess I'll just take my chances tomorrow and see what happens.

Yeah, I'm trying to relax about it now (haha!). My view is that if I'm only buying one ticket at 10AM in presale, how much better can a general sale ticket on Saturday get?

 

And the two people who tried single tickets on this thread got an orchestra seat and a section 1 seat, I believe, right? Everyone else here was trying for more than one :thinking:

i got section 205 row D..and yeah i am happy because i think this might be my best concert in terms of a good view...
