Actually, it's the artist who's got them wrong - they've mixed up the jackets I think - the shaved head is surely Will, while the blonde hair and beard must surely be Jonny :confused:

 

yah. it looks like they put jonny's hat and jacket on will's body and will's jacket on jonny's body. :shrug:

 

If these are in any way official, then they are very early rough drafts from the drawing room. Promotional art for The Simpsons is far more detailed and vibrant (especially in recent years). The White Stripes, for example:
