Normally they get sent to "special" school but my school integrates them with the "regular" kids a little bit.

Ugh...I had the same problem once too in seventh grade and it was a really wierd situation for me too. I straight out told him that I didn't like him because he kept bugging me and wouldn't leave me alone. I felt really bad after I did it because he started screaming "Why don't you like me!" and he looked really upset. He forgot all about it the next day though, but he didn't bug me as much anymore.
