Girls, engagement rings, do you care about the size?

Featured Replies

~Rant~

I hate women who care about shit like this. If you base your love and marriage on the size of a stupid ring than maybe you shouldn’t get married

I personally don't care, if I want a freakin ring I'll buy my own.

I wouldn't say I hate women who care about this, but I'm agreeing with you on the other part.

wait, I'm confused... my answer was supposed to be 'yes, it's important. m finger should fit perfectly through the ring'.......

it's bigger than usual  but it was much cheaper

I don't care about the size, as long as is something I would see myself wearing everyday.

to be honest "normal" engagement rings are a tad boring.

yours is really :nice: one.

i agree should be something one will wear everyday.

does the kind of rock matter?

mine is a blue agathe, i just wanted it something blue to remind me his eyes colour. :shy:

My closest friends in school are Indian.

There are many Indians in Toronto, but I didn't know there were any brown people on Coldplaying

Yeah, I call it candy. It's the pink ones (or any colour), that's made out of coconut and milk. And then you have to stir for hours. <3

I'm Chinese.

Wait, is that the one made out of ghee?

Most Indian food is made from Ghee (which is basically butter)

That sweet is made from Cashews (it's supper yummy, you should try it if you have access to Indian sweets) :)

thas is so cute

I'm a sucker for things like that :awesome:

the kind of rock? it doesn't

mine are all swarovski crystals.

The size? The smaller (and cheaper) the better, but honestly I think the idea of an engagement ring is kind of ridiculous. It's a lot of money just for a physical reminder that you are engaged. I'd rather have something cheap, or nothing at all. As long as I knew I was engaged, nothing else would matter. I don't need other people to know. The people close to me would know, and I don't care about anyone else.

I don't really see why the size would matter. If you love someone enough to marry them then that seems like a silly thing to be concerned about.

cuuuuuuuuuute ring

I wouldn't want to run around with a huge ring on my hand anyway, like some others said, it would have to be a ring that I can wear everyday.

That said, it would be more of a gesture for me anyway, not a status symbol like it is for some women. I don't need to show everyone that I'm engaged by wearing a huge ring.

Do you call if burfee, yeah?

Anyways back to the ring. It's not like I'd say no if the ring was too small and just figure that my fiancé should love me and know me well enough to realize that I want and am worth a nice ass ring.

It's not the size but how you use it.

nice

and i dont think an engagement ring is really important but i do want a rich husband:laugh3:

the ring is silver, and stones like quartz.

and The most bizarre is that, not put jewelry really .

No really, there is a Claddagh-esque ring that doubles as a goatse ring.
