Hey guys! Like the title says, this thread is for discussion on anything vinyl-album-related. So, pretty much like how many records you have, which ones you have/want, and your ratings/reviews on them.

- David Guetta: One Love

- deadmau5: 4x4=12

- Foster the People: Torches

- Katy Perry: Part of Me (Thin White Duke Mix) Pink RSD Exclusive

For 10":

3 10" Records

19 7" Records

How about you guys?

Oh, I wasn't sure.

And yeah, I'm really into dance music right now, even mainstream EDM. I love Nothing But the Beat the most, because it comes with both the vocal version of the album, and the electronic album. Its a double lp.

As Ed said, there's already a thread for this. Shall we merge the two?

I think I have already >10 vinyls of the band Mew alone :uhoh:

Threads merged : )

The only 2 vinyls I have is a KT Tunstall single which was included with Tiger Suit (I think it's "Still a Weirdo" & Athlete "The Outsiders" EP (Signed 12")

My mother gave me her old record player last year, as I wanted to start collecting records (and as it fits perfectly into my retro-oriented room ), so here's a photo of my vinyl collection so far:

It's a quite small one yet and except for Falco's "Jeanny", they're all new, but I'm in the process of searching for some original records of the Beatles and Depeche Mode at the moment. Oh and I just ordered "X&Y" and "Fallen Empires" by Snow Patrol. :)

Aha actually I'm set to go through my moms old vinyls- and I have no idea what she has in there. Probably a lot of 80's pop but oh well

Time to buy new vinyls :D

Time to buy new vinyls :D

Well I mean I have zero clues what's gunna be in there. I think she was obsessed we tears for fears so I dunno

The only vinyl I've heard is an old Beach Boys album that my grandfather owns. My dad has so so many vinyls but no player. We're going to get one soon, since the vinyls are sort of making a big comeback (and I adore and must have Coldplay's). My dad has The Wall (from 1979), tons of U2, Dire Straits, more Pink Floyd and many others. Can't wait to hear them all! [emoji7]

PS: this thread is amazing! Will post a pic of my dad's vinyls someday soon.

So far in my possession I only have Abbey Road but I'll build on it eventually

Gosh, at my house, we have vinyls packed in crates floor to ceiling in our basement

Thats one hell of a start! hehe I have a few vinyls myself and bought more recently. Latest Lana Del Rey was gorgeous looking and I particularly love my picture discs like Midnight and Hurts Like Heaven :)

I have all the albums on vinyl except Mylo and Rush. I need to get a new Ghost Stories one cause the one I have was messed up in the box
