terrible, too much back tracks!

I thought so too, I think it'd come off better live if they only included the strings and let the band fill in the rest.

The song would be better if Jonny's guitar came in earlier.

Damn Paradise was good,

wait why did they leave and come back? They did the same at Lollapalooza, are they just getting water or something?

Thought Paradise did seem epic live, but it's noticeable how much backing track there was compared to the other songs. Shame really. God this is late for me...

If you didn't like Paradise 5 days ago, odds are you won't like the live version either.

Next, Fix You + ETIAW?

Probably, still blindly hoping they switch out ETIAW for DLIBYH (don't get me wrong, I love ETIAW live but I want new music!)

Almost all bands do that. They "pretend" they leave so the crowd would ask they to back and sing a few more songs, in the past it was more natural, now is expected.

They're playing rehab right now!! before fix you.. Wow!

that was kinda nice :)

Oh okay, thanks for clearing that up. I think Chris changed his shirt too :laugh3:

You've never been to a concert have you?

It's a sort of 'courtesy' bands extend to the audience. They 'finish' and then to show their appreciation they come back on.

In the case of Coldplay, the encore is predetermined, but some bands who really do like the audience will play longer and maybe even do 2 encores to give back to their audience.

Great show but I was a little disappointed they didn't play UIF and DLIBYH as promised. Paradise was awesome.

Me neither. Favorite Coldplay song.

Great performance of Paradise ! WOW !

I'm trying to block out of my mind that the band is only 20 miles away from me. Too depressing that I'm not there, but this feed is freaking amazing! I'll catch them on the MX tour next year.... :D

I guarantee you this hits the torrents and You Tube in the next few days.
