You're right. It would make today's people notice them again and would also please lots of old fashioned fans. But I don't think they'll do that, I think the next album will be a mixture of KOL and AFP. Look at their songs played live during the last years. Really disappointing, AFP is just annoying and KOL has two good songs with Seperator and Codex IMO. Their last good song was Ingenue played live. It's on the AFP album with annoying instrumentals, but once Thom played it live on a TV show, really good IMO.

Yeah, this performance is simply amazing.

This version is so much better than the studio version. The piano version is really a beautiful song. The studio version though, the instrumental is just far too loud and drowns out Thom's vocals. Thom is always amazing live. I would love more songs with a soft piano like this.

Radiohead Update PolyFauna App with New Music, Visuals

Earlier this year, Radiohead premiered their PolyFauna app, described by frontman Thom Yorke as a project coming "from an interest in early computer-life experiments and the imagined creatures of our subconscious". By combining imagery and sounds from The King of Limbs sessions - more specifically, "Bloom" - the band found a new way to delve deeper the album's aesthetic. Now, it appears that the app has been given a massive update, with previously unheard music and even more forlorn landscapes.

Radiohead's Thom Yorke Shares Cryptic Image of New Record

Thom Yorke has tweeted an image of a mysterious new record. The image has surfaced following a stream of cryptic images appearing on the Radiohead frontman’s tumblr page. Exactly what the record contains remains to be seen, with some suggestions that it may be Thom Yorke’s first solo record since The Eraser in 2006. The centre sticker of the white 12″ in the image is consistent with the monochrome imagery that has flooded Yorke’s tumblr in recent weeks. Some fans are speculating that the image could depict the next release from Yorke’s Atoms For Peace side project. Another rumour is that the mysterious record could contain new Radiohead material recorded for the bands PolyFauna app, released in conjunction with the band’s 2011 album The King Of Limbs.

Can't get over how good this album is. I know a lot of people get tired of this electronica phase Thom has, but he does it so well that it doesn't bother me one bit. Though Atoms for Peace isn't a one-man band, the stability Tomorrow's Modern Boxes has over Amok proves to me Thom works best with what's most familiar to him.

Guess Again, The Mother Lode and the perfect trifecta that closes the album out is just fucking splendid. I think I could listen to Nose Grows Some all day long without hassle. Such a mind-numbing, relaxing song.

Heard a few tracks of Yorke's new album on 6 music the past week or so. Sounds like a Casio keyboard having a midlife crisis.

Someone should tell him that his music has long passed the point where it went from interesting and admirable to predictable and boring.

Hi there

While that is a possibility, I still think Jonny and the rest of the band could incorporate elements that is basically not electronic. I've been listening to Identikit last year and I'm kinda happy with it. It has a "stripped-down" approach on the beginning with just drums from Phil but gradually turns to electro-experimental type of song.
