Because of the culture surrounded by heroin people assume that once you take it, then you're hooked, you rag up your nice clothes and go join your new friends under the train bridge, that is now your life. Realistically it is like any other drug, you can take it in moderation and live a normal life. Smoking opiates (heroin) has been common during different periods of history. fooby Posted November 14, 2011 Share Posted November 14, 2011 It seems everybody reacts differently, for me even pretty strong weed just makes me really relaxed, kind of like the headrush from your first cigarette but much stronger and longer lasting, but I know others who have become really paranoid whilst high.
