Final Song You Hear..

Featured Replies

If Coldplay could play you one last song as you lay on your deathbed, what would it be?

Oh my goodness.. what a question! LOL.. That's far too hard, I can't die yet, I haven't figured it out! LOL..

OK, on my deathbed, Warning Sign, because it is beautiful and soothing

I want Now My Feet Won't Touch the Ground to be played at whatever memorial I may have.

I don't wanna die

On my own here tonight...

Wow that is a hard question.... I would have to say Til Kingdom Come though hehe. Right after listening to the other 12 songs on X&Y

Fix you or a message (only for the "And i love you please come home:) or hmmm this is hard.... Maybe up with the birds... or everythings not lost. this is too hard!

THIS................... UFO

Lord I don’t know which way I am going

Which way the river’s going to flow

It just seems that upstream I keep rowing

Still got such a long way to go

Still got such a long way to go

And that light hits your eyes

I know I swear we’ll find somewhere

The streets are paved with gold

Bullets fly split the sky

But that's alright sometimes sunlight comes streaming through the holes

Ohohoh

Wow, that's such a deep question. I don't wanna die either (:P) but that made me think of a genuine Coldplay song that completely fulfills my heart and that would be Warning Sign.

It's funny you should ask b/c for the last couple of days, I've had visions of my 16 yr old son (who's a very good piano player) play Fix You at my funerals. But if I were on my deathbed, I'd rather hear The Scientist.

Me, too! I love this song...But I'm not gonna die anytime soon, so I suppose the Lord and I have time to decide which way I'm going - and I sure hope it's UP!

Thought about like 2 years ago.

I was in the train and I was very upset and felt uncomfortable and sad, then Fix You Live started playing and all of those bad feelings were overwhelmed by the though: "I want to die listening to this song". So yeah I think Fix You.

UFO would be a good song to die to. Also Up with the birds.

Parachutes (the song)

But in real life, it would probably be a non-Coldplay song

It's weird but on another forum...there was the question

What song do you want played at your funeral?

i picked 'Don't Panic' Coldplay

it's kinda weird now that i think about it...that was the very first song of their first album i want played at the end of my soundtrack to the end of my life.

I thought of DP as well and the same thing you've said came into my mind :) But I think its message would quite fit.

I think Fix You

It's my favourite and represents everything for me.

For me, it would definitely be Sparks

The Scientist.
