The last two times I've tried to buy a T-shirt from their website, something has gone wrong :blank:

 

This time I got sent a Carrie Underwood T-shirt instead of an MX one :laugh2:

I waited 3 months for my t shirt to arrive and then it was missized. It was supposed to take 3-5 weeks

I waited 2 months and then I think I got the girl version:thinking:

I remember a large wait with shipping times when I ordered from there once, but jeez that really is ridiculous.

But yeah, given how many people seem to have had issues with it, there must be something wrong with the company that is supposed to send them.

and yeah the other one I bought from them took 2 months to come through and it was a childs size

 

 

I've got to remind myself not to buy from them again :mean:

I have always been so cautious about buying from them. This just made clear that I will not be ordering any time soon.

Oh god... you poor thing! Someone should report how bad it is perhaps to the band? :(

Have you tried emailing the shop about it? If you're not willing to deal with them again after they stuffed up the replacement maybe you can at least get a refund

I rang Live Nation (the supplier) and I told them what had happened and they're going to send me the right T-shirt... hopefully :P

But damn, that sucks, now you have to wait like 2 more months.

I almost ordered a couple of t-shirts when Coldplay twitted recently that they were having a sale. In the end I decided to wait and buy at the venue on the day of the concert like I did last September.

Empily's just pointed out to me how the dark blue ring around Carrie looks like a big sweat patch, I felt I had to make everyone aware of this in case you're considering purchasing the same shirt.

I'm not taking anymore chances - I'll get my next tshirt at the concert in July

I'm having problems now too.

I just tried to buy the Square One lyric tee and they won't accept my credit card, even though I've used it on their site before. :(

This is so strange! I've never had a problem with it before.....maybe I'm just lucky!

I even called them and asked about it. The guy was like, "Well, it won't work over the phone either,so talk to your bank." And in a too cheery voice. I was going to try to convince him that nothing was wrong with my card, but I saw it as a waste of my time. :P

The merchandise doesn't suck, the company who handles the merchandise sucks. I ordered my MX t-shirt on September 2nd, and it showed up 3 days before I went to the Glasgow SECC concert...on December 3rd :stunned:

Ordered 3 times, never had any problem... Except the hoodie... Child size. Thank god it fits
