OUCH!! One of my faves!!! The acoustic version is so haunting to me. The studio version has a part in it that sounds like it could be out of a Smiths song, that just gets to me :heart:

 

It's fascinating how subjective music is to people. It amazes me how one song can be 'heard' in so many different ways.

 

It's really hard for me to pick a least favorite, but maybe Twisted Logic. I like the song okay, I don't skip over it, but I would never just play it because I want to hear that particular song (if that makes any sense).

A Whisper is still amazing and so is The Goldrush! I swear, that song could make easily cry with joy. You can just hear friends having fun in that song,it's brilliant for me.

Probably Princess of China, I always skip it. Other songs I tend to skip are A Whisper, Twisted Logic, Viva La Vida, Lost+, Reign of Love and the Hardest Part.

Re: Lost..... yes i've heard it live about 4/5 times, although its of course better live it just doesn't hit me like most songs.

 

And 1st songs on albums should never be singles at all. Fact!

Oh man! Have you seen it live yet? B/c that might change your mind. I went to the concert already liking the song but now when I play it, it's the memories of the live version that surface in my mind. It helps that Chris came to my corner of the arena on Jonny's side and we sang it together.

Yeah i've seen them playing Don't let it break your heart live 4 times already let's just say it's was my least favorite moments of all of the concerts
