I heard this expression describing the killers. Because obviously they have the sound of a british band despite being from America. What other british american bands are there? I thought of the strokes and jeff buckley, even though he's not a band.

Anybody heard of this band? Ashes Divide is a side project of the guitarist/bassist/songwriter from A Perfect Circle, and it has members from A Perfect Circle in it, plus the 13 year old son of Maynard James Keenan playing cello. I just bought their debut album yesterday, and I honestly can't stop playing it. It has great hooks, it's incredibly melodic, and has fantastic lyrics and vocals. This album shows definite promise for a new band. :cool:

All, To coincide with the start of the new series of Doctor Who and to reflect the previous series, the band I play in (The Red List ) have written and recorded an indie track based on the Doctor. The Mugees are a band out of Manhattan, New York. We formed in June of 2007. Released an Ep entitled the Experiment Ep. And we are currently working on our second Ep.
