Anyone heard of them... some great stuff from skandinavia... really really good records... "In the Pyramid" and "Alpha is Down". It's hard to get them when you don't live in skandinavia, but they are great. I saw them live this year in a small club in Dresden. It's very melancholic but also with a lot of Power... Anyone else know them? :confused:

Hahah they were wicked. I can't remember which category, but the lead singer of the flaming lips crowd surfed in a huge ball hahahaha it was hilarious. Stevie Wonder, Alicia Keys, and Lenny Kravitz performing together was cool too. And Gwynth presented Video Of The Year and when she was talking, some guy yells out " I Love You!!!" and she yells back in mid sentence "I love you too" hahah that was funny. but yeah, all in all wasn't a bad year. not as good as the last were i discovered coldplay, but yeah, good enough. :lol:

hello. anyone knows the name of the song that goes something like "you're all that/perfect to me yes you are." i know its by some male singer. the music video has this guy with long hair strumming his guitar with a white background. i guess you could say its a pretty slow rock song. please help me identify it. i would really appreciate it. thanks alot!

Honestly, when I heard the first song of this Album, the Story of My Life, I was completely captivated by the song, because it wasn't just heart felt, that was appreciated, but the song was really clever in the way it tried to hit home with the audience. The follow ups I believe really relate well to the main premise behind the album, and it is a must hear for anyone who likes mellow, but good music

What are the worst band names you can think of that have actually been used? Here are my choices: - !!! (why in the hell would anybody chose a band name that's completely unpronouncable? and don't give me that "chk chk chk" crap) - The Band - The The - The Music Those three are similar in that all you really need to do with a band name for it to work well is pick something unique that people can remember, and they failed completely (most likely on purpose). Now you go. :D
