Has anyone checked out "Stand Back," their new anthology yet. I've heard a small amount and what I heard was awesome. I had no idea the were such incredible musicians. If you're not familiar with them I highly suggest you at least give it a shot because they are one of the best bands I've heard.

So I came across this group in LA, and since I couldn't see Coldplay this time around I thought these guys made up the difference. They're like Coldplay meets...I don't know.....Elvis Costello or something. Called All Hours. i thought it was All Ours but I like the actual name more. I found an on-line site, if anyone is into this stuff http://www.Allhoursmusic.com, but other than that I don't know too much about them. they just really have the thing that I find most appealing in Coldplay: soulful melody with a spike of something else. More than Keen. Not to Keen on them. Too easy.

Remember that old videogame, the almighty Nintendo 8 bits? So yea, the advantage covers some classic sogs from classing nintendo songs, like zelda, contra, mario, ducktales, adds some drums, wicked bass lines.. and ta-da. You have awesome interpretations of awesome old songs. Listen to em. :cool:

I thought this cd wouldn't be that good, considering is the Pumpkins' first cd, and the first cd usualy isn't the best. But I gotta say, this is awesome. So many great songs on this cd. "Rhinoceros" and "Snail" are the best of them. Very good grunge music here. The cd came out months before Nirvana's Nevermind.

Anybody else here listen to Trans Am? I just recently started getting into them. I just got The Red Line, and I have no idea what to think. It's all over the place, and I'm not sure if that's a good or bad thing yet. :confused: What's your opinion?
