Hi there everyone! :) I need your help! ;) I was wondering if any of you can help me finding piano sheet of Swallowed In The Sea! I love the song but mostly you can find guitar tabs/chords of course, but I'd like to give it a try with piano. Is it possible? Anyone can help? Or can you at least help me adapting guitar tabs to piano? Thanks a lot!!!!! :D

So I've been planning to build a home studio for a while. Currently, my "studio" is a broken computer mic (which still is good for recording acoustic guitars, but not vocals), and audacity. I could fit a full band and the drum kit in my basement. What equipment should I start with? Thanks!

I was playing knights of cydonia, and then recognized my need for a whammy bar. My guitar has a hole where one goes in. Do I just buy the bar and put in the hole? Thanks!

  5. Hey all I was listening to the song (shock horror!!!) and I wondered what the effects were that Jonny used to record (Or likewise to play it live, I'm sure there's not much of a difference) the song, coz they are pretty interesting effects, they make it sound sorta synth-y, if you know what I mean. So, if anyone has any clue, that'd be great!

I just bought a sheet music file and it arrived as .mtd (and not PDF as I was expecting). Anyone know of a way to actually open it/convert it to PDF so that I can, you know, use my purchase outside of just the one printed copy?

Hello! Last Christmas I bought a bass so I've just started. I'm on my own, I mean I don't have teacher, so it's quite hard to learn. I've a book and of course Internet helps a lot, tabs, youtube, forums,.... :guitarist: I've been studyinf the notes, and some songs, but I haven't played any Coldplay song yet, so I wonder what song would you recommend me to start. I'm keen on playing God put a smile..., Sparks, Everything's not lost, or whatever it's not very difficult but sound good. One more thing, I'd like you to correct my English if there's something realy worng, because I'm just learning.!:embarrassed: :P THANK YOU!!

I'm looking to buy my first acoustic. And I love Chris's Blues king. But am short on the cash. Does anybody have an Epiphone EL 00? Is it good in comparison sound-wise as it is in look-wise? It is so much cheaper Thanks in advance

Ok, so I'm planning to get a new guitar. I want an Epiphone Supernova, but don't have $1500. So I'm probably gonna get a Dot or Sheraton, and get the Union Jack painted on. Due to my lack of skill, I will need it professionally done. How much will this cost, and can I make it cheaper if I do parts of the job myself? Thanks!

I'm thinking of learning bass. I'm really into the Paul McCartney melodic style of playing, so I would get a Rickenbacker, but I don't have $3,000. Does anyone know a good bass for this style? I've been looking at Hofners.

So my band is going to cover One After 909 by the Beatles, What's My Age Again by Blink 182, and Highway One by Foxborro Hot Tubs. We decided to do the early version of One After 909, because we have 2 guitarists, a bassist, and a drummer. I just can't figure out what Key One After 909 is in. Can anyone help? Thanks! EDIT: I just figured out the chords, but I need to do the solo.

  25. Started by TheNextChris,

So I'm interested in starting singing. For a number of reasons (money, time, ect.) I will not be able to take voice lessons. I have almost no experience in this field. Where do I start? I know some warmups (lip rolling scales). I am not sure if I have a naturally good voice (I doubt it). I've never heard a serious recording of me singing. I'm not sure what my octave range is, I think it's that of a typical adult male. I'm 15 years old, so is it too late to start?
