3. #AskBG British Gas Twitter Q&A Goes As Well As Would Be Expected In a move described as both "brave"and "a terrible PR idea", British Gas decided to host a Twitter Q&A - on the same day it unveiled a 9.2% price hike. Why? Presumably in an effort to generate the heat lost by people switching their boilers off as they tighten their purse strings across the country. Suffice to say it went as well as you would expect.

6 minutes until the biggest social media car crash in history starts #AskBG
— Chris Martin (@TheChrisMartin) …

  13. One of the most expensive computer games ever made went on sale on Tuesday, greeted by five-star reviews and midnight queues at shopping centres. Grand Theft Auto V cost £170m to produce, according to its Scottish developer Rockstar North, about the same as the films Avatar and Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. However, it is expected to earn £1bn in retail sales within a year, if it meets analysts’ sales forecasts. “When you compare it with big-budget films, it’s up there in terms of revenues,” said Piers Harding-Rolls, an analyst at IHS. Does anyone watch them? I stopped doing it when I was less than 15 but now that I'm at uni and have little time for myself I find myself more comfortable watching cartoons because there are some quite good ones out there and also because they're not as time consuming as a TV series or a movie, which I watch sometimes on weekends, but mostly during the holidays, really. So, what are your experiences, do you have something to recommend? p.s. No magical ponies and unicorns crapping rainbows please.

Has anyone watched this movie? I am still thinking about it. When I watched the trailer on Youtube, the storyline seemed so obvious. I mean, I kinda know how it's gonna end. But maybe just my thoughts of how I think that way. Anyway, I want to watch the movie too because I have been wanting to see Hugh Jackman plays on the big screen. I love him so much! He plays being an American dad this time. Let me know your thoughts. :D

[ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rQLJo32GABA]Roads melt in Australia as heatwave hits YouTube YouTube - YouTube[/ame] Australian weather warms up as heatwave hits One of the great oddities of recent times in Australia is that during our increasingly frequent and intense fire seasons – when we're losing houses and, unfortunately, lives – it is seen by many as rude or in poor taste to talk about climate change. It is quite a bizarre response considering an ever-growing body of research highlights that increases in heat waves, fire danger and extreme temperatures are intimately linked to global warming. More importantly, these three areas are considered to …
