I got to watch it a couple of weeks ago (yeah, about time) and I thought it was really good. I heard the book is even better, what do you think? Now I'm trying to get my hands on a copy that isn't too expensive :rolleyes:

WOW it was shown on british TV earlier in the year, i how-ever missed it but kept hearing good things about it, so in the hMV sale i decided to pickit up on DVD for a fiver. Having just finished watching it, all i can say is wow. it is one of the best pieces of tv work i've seen in a long time, thoguht provoking, moving, clever, wodnerfuly scripted and scroed, and goodacting. i believe the USA will see it on one of their channels, NBC i think, this fall. and if you get the chance to, watch it. oh yes it does. ah christ. well if there's one thing i've learned tonight, it's that if you're feeling down because your relationship of the past 22 months has effectively ended, lots of alchohol does not make you feel any better. ok it seriously took me like 5 minutes to make sure that last sentence made sense. that, combined with the fact that i fell flat on my face after trying to stop to read a poster in the hall way on the way upstairs from the bathroom, suggests that i should go to bed. but i had a lot of coffee so i don't see that happening just yet. so you all here get to see me act really pathetic and stupid. so what's up?>

Last night I started my college course. It's going to be two nights a week, four hours sessions for six months. It's not that bad, plus it's a web-design and design in general course, which is something I love. Problem is... I don't know, I got a good impression last night, everyone seems nice but the rest of the students are all in their thirties or so, and I'm the only one who's seventeen :o I feel a bit alone. Plus I thought this course will help me to improve my design skills, but turns out it's pretty basic. They start from scratch because these people haven't got a clue in webdesign...
