Yeah Times Square has a pedestrian area that people can just walk around in, pretty much what the streets would be normally but you can just roam around or sit down.

how'd you go about making them?

years of practice. I actually learned from watching videos on youtube, hah.

 

the milk has to be "stretched" rather than frothed, so it swirls around with the epresso rather than getting mixed in completely. Its gotta be done really fast and poured at the perfect angle, and by moving your wrists while pouring, you create waves of milk, and can manipulate where it goes.

oh, and the bottom two, i poured the espresso on top of the stretched milk, and traced through.

 

with tracing you can actually make pictures.
