love the artwork, love the video, love the song - very REM like I predicted and we saw from the live performance.

 

a bit surprised that The Sting is a bonus track, but I pre-ordered the vinyl. very excited for July 1st. TWOYL will be my album of the summer...for sure

WOW WOW WOW. I listened to the Zane Lowe show yesterday and I was SO excited to hear them. The song is great, already saw live videos, but the studio version is so good and catchy and I really love the video too as well as the artwork. Just not disappointed at all! I preordered the double CD version and I hope I'll get a signed copy :D

I can't wait for July 1st!! And for European dates (Luxembourg pleasssseeee) :)

Canadian dates would be fantastic! I hope I get a signed copy of the print that comes with the vinyl, but we shall see! haha

I really hope there will be an european tour :( i wont be able to see them performing in the festival they are playing here...

 

 

Oh btw, does the vinyl version comes with bonus tracks?.. from what i get it wont ..ill probably get both, the artworks are not the same lol and well i already have all the albums both in cd and vinyl :awesome: this artwork is AMAAAAAZING

I am loving the artwork as well...I wonder what the single covers will look like!

 

I don't think the bonus tracks are on the vinyl, however I will get both as well! been meaning to get the ITLAOTE vinyl with Cuttints II on it...

i did not buy the special edition with cuttings :( not even the downloads... simply because i refuse to have something that you cant touch or smell lol you know, i want something to have with me forever, like the cd's and vinyls :) mp3 for me is nothing lol

fair enough. Cuttings II was alright, some powerful songs on there, like This House Is Full of Noise, love that tune

Woohoo Editors just announced a 2nd Amsterdam show!!, this time they will be playing the much bigger Ziggo Dome on Oct 24. The first Amsterdam show in the Gashouder was sold out within 20 minutes. They're also playing at the sold out Lowlands festival in august.

Already seeing them at Rock Werchter and Sziget but I think I'll buy tickets for this gig too :D It won't sell out very fast I'd expect, will it? Then I'll get my tickets later on: when I actually do have money..

The new album is pretty good! A bit slow, and not as heavy on the guitars as they've said previously, but I like it :)

I got my hands on a leak and i really did enjoy it! a few criticisms but after 4 years and what happened I wouldn't expect a flawless piece. was not disappointed, Sugar by far is my favorite at the moment, with Hyena a close second...

I don't know how this album will be received commercially, however I think it is that 'big dumb rock record' Tom discussed...not a bad thing

The album is great! Although I would've liked it a bit heavier. Sugar really is the best song on the album indeed.
