Coldplay mentions in Danish media

I have seen COLDPLAY mentioned twice this week in Danish media.

Last week-end in a free paper called "Søndagsavisen" distributed to all Danish households there was a little note about the demands of famous people.

"The British rockband Coldplay with frontman Chris Martin expect several packages of Marlboro Light, several pairs of cotton socks and not least some goodies for the time before and after the concert backstage."

Danish DR1 on 26.10.10: Coldplay 'most sleep-inducing' band

Coldplay is the music act most likely to make us drift off to sleep, according to a new survey conducted a hotel chain. The survey is based on replies from 6,000 people who were asked which artist / band they preferred to listen to when about to go to sleep or when relaxing.

Some 84 per cent of people listen to music in bed to set them up for a good night's sleep according to the survey. And in that group the majority listens to Coldplay.

Other artists on the list: Michael Bublé, Alicia Keys, Taylor Swift, Radiohead and Barry White. Mozart is no. 7 on the list.
