Hi there - I'm a Norwegian Coldplay fan, and some days ago I booked a flight to London just to say hi to some friends there before Christmas. I was just planning on socialising and shopping a bit, but suddenly I realised that there's a concert on the Tuesday I'm there, and I'd just love to catch it - I've seen them live twice before (amazing) but didn't have the chance to attend their September gig in Oslo because of work. But I don't have a ticket, since this came up just now... and the ones that are sold on eBay are just so expensive that I can't really afford them (£230-250 for a pair). Does anybody know of anybody who wants to sell a ticket, or preferably two, to a fellow fan - for the gig on Tue 16th? Or does anybody have any idea if Ticketmaster will list any more tickets?

Keep checking ticketmaster and see tickets, tickets are popping up everyday.

You could also try gumtree.

I hope getting out of the O2 isn't as much of a nightmare as people say it is, though I'm fine with queuing for a while to get a train... as long as I can get a train home, I'm all good. But if there's a chance that there won't be any trains running after a while, there might be a problem. I think I'll have to check out the train timetables to make sure I have a backup plan if something goes horribly wrong.

My tickets have just arrived so I'm allowed to start getting excited now! Mind you it looks like we're right behind the stage but still, at least I'm there!

For those people who are looking for tickets to this concert, there are some available now on http://www.seetickets.com

Actually, there aren't. I tried to book two, but the system wouldn't process my request, so I called SeeTickets to find out what was wrong. Apparently, it's a bug in the system. They're sold out :(

Who's up for meeting before the gig at the 02 for a few quick drinks?

Are there any restrictions on cameras for the event?

Re leaving: it is a bit of a mad dash to North Greenwich post gig, but it seems to cope well. I was last at the 02 a few months ago for a gig (also ran late) and there were no problems.

I'm in block 114, is that out in the toilets or just looking at the back of Will's head?

I'm not sure about meeting up first, I should know nearer the day. I don't really even know who is going with me yet!

Hah! Just got hold of a couple of tickets on eBay, block 409, row M, although I'm told that I shouldn't be afraid of heights to sit up there :D

Just over £100 for the pair wasn't too bad. Really looking forward to it!

Dear Ticketmaster Customer,

I'm hoping Cemeteries of London will make a comeback at the O2, it was brilliant in Paris and is my favourite song off the album.

I love that one too, I wonder what Chris will say (if anything) re Viva La Vida also

Hi

I have one ticket to see for this date in

bk 403

row e

seat 521

am desperate to sell my ticket, so am selling at the price of what i paid for it - £43.25

It can be picked up from Hammersmith.

Email [email protected] if you are interested asap!

I've been a bit out the loop here for a week or two, and see there are spare tickets being offered. Just to say that I will probably have one spare in block 110, quite a nice seat. There will be three gentlemen in my group and the ticket is spare because my dear little sis is too close to giving birth to my little nephew to feel much like going.

I am asking for the face value plus the booking fee, not a penny more than I spent on it. Please PM as soon as possible if interested, as I'll be listing it elsewhere soon if there's no interest here.

Other than that, who else is up for pre-gig drinkies and chat?

See you all soon!! :)

Re: bringing cameras, should I even bother trying to sneak in my Nikon? It's not a huge thing, but it's certainly not tiny, either. I can't decide what to do...

No idea. They tend not to like "professional" cameras, which is why you're better off with an unsophisticated one.;)

I didn't get frisked at Manchester (twice) and I took a bulky camera stuck in my thick fleece

Jen had the tiniest bag ever made and she got asked to open it up to look inside

Moral of the story, take a camera but hide it and you'll be ok. OR take a bag AND a camera but keep them seperate ;)

So, I should try hiding it in my jacket somewhere? Haha, this stuff makes me so ridiculously nervous-- I went to a concert back in September in Sweden, and wore skinny jeans; I stuck a tiny camera in the back pocket and tied a cardigan around my waist so I knew there was no chance they'd actually see or feel it but I was still so nervous about it.

However, I've been told the 02 has an airport-style "security" check.

In Sweden? How come?
