ManU 2-1 Southampton. The two goals are from Owen and Chicharito.

I thought Saints looked pretty good against ManU. Made the Old Man go to his bench and I'm sure he had one of his half time blow ups. Never really thought we had a chance. I mean they spend more on Owens' MRI bills than we spend on our whole team. All I wanted was for us to not look like crap and get totally blown out the water.

Come on, let there be a nice juicy premiership tie for Crawley Town.

Good to see an old Salisbury City lad getting the goal

Great volley that won Japan the Asian Cup.

Good on Michael Owen though. I'm one of the few Liverpool fans who still respects the man enormously. Probably the most natural goalscorer I've ever witnessed. A class act is Michael.

Same old Arsenal, always winning with a little help from its friends (the refs).

You mad? It's the Manc scum who get all the help from their refs.

Inter losing 2-0 at home to Palmero.

Napoli 3-0 up against Sampdoria.

After the last few matches, United doesn't seem to have exclusivity on that matter :dozey:

They do. The decisions made by some refs in recent years at Old Trafford have been disgusting and farcical.

Notts Couty 1-1 Man City FT

I don't think City would have wanted a replay amongst their important Prem schedule...

Crawley Town at Old Trafford for the next round, what a draw.

Fulham 2 - 0 Tottenham, two major screw ups by Dawson.

Fulham 3 - 0 Tottenham, now that's just plain humiliation.

Fulham 4 - 0 Tottenham, and I have no idea what to say. Perhaps it's better to remain silent.

Doesn't really get any better than that for a non-league team.

Woah! Tottenham were humiliated! Ha!

Real Madrid lost to Osasuna on Adebayor's first game w/ RM, 1-0. Barca leading 7 points now.

Poor Madrid

I wonder if they will be able to do what they haven't done in the past 6 years and get passed the last 16 stage of the champion's league which must be starting up again soon.

They must find a striker first though, since Higuain is injured and is not expected to return until next season, and Benzema is not scoring. :P

Transfer deadline day tomorrow, I wonder if there will be any major last-minute moves.

As for Alonso, doesn't he have a ~ 50 million release clause in his contract?

Alonso? Xabi Alonso? I don't really know any transfer rumors re him but maybe you mean Torres. They're saying that it's gonna be 50M + Anelka for Torres to Chelsea.
