'The protest has been very positively received by the media in Germany due to its peaceful nature and the exemplary behaviour of the fans involved. No trouble occurred at all and the fans in attendance, to their credit, called for all supporters to take responsibility in self-regulating good behaviour too.'

wow!:nice:

Yes, very impressive. The Serbian fans could learn something from them.;)

So liverpool have been taken over, but they can´t spend any money til January, by which time it might be too late for a decent league finish if they continue with their current form.

Pompey got another 3 points today, 10 out of 12 in the last 4 games, rather good for a team whom had such a crappy start to the season.

What about Edwin Blunder Saar, as Gary Lineker so aptly put it?

I'm so pissed off. You'd normally put your house on him. The only thing that makes it semi-ok is that Chelsea drew...

Unbelievable Daryl, when will City's luck run out?

They've played well ONCE, against Chelsea, they should've been beaten by Spurs, Newcastle, and today by Blackpool, to name a few, and somehow the luck bastards keep winning. It's sickening, because they played shit today (Except for Silva- and Silva alone) and somehow won.

Real champions can play badly here and there and squeeze a result, City play badly nearly every game and somehow keep getting lucky.

Look at that goal-difference difference between Chelsea & Man City though. Man Utd are leaking lots of goals this season and liverpool lost again!

And what´s up with the yo-yos being so high up this year?

Why are you into Inter?

Hmm that may have sounded like a lame pun. I support Juve in Serie A, 4-0! Cmon bitches!

We play Arsenal next, then Wolves away maybe then.. then West Brom Away.. maybee even then.. then we play the scum... we could be unlucky there.

PERSONALLY you make your own luck when you have a " MEGA WORLD CLASS MINTED TEAM " HAHAHAHAHAA

wow that blackpool vs city game was rather entertaining!

Mainz lost for the first time this season to Hamburg!

Bayern actually won

I had a good Italian friend when I was growing up who followed them, I just don't really like English football that much.

I like Juve and Roma:) although Lazio are looking strong this year so far:cry:, but I think Inter will be able to win the League again, even without Jose.

Going to see them play Tottenham next month:D

This is probably not worth a post, but

I just love Hesmer's reaction when the ball falls at his feet, like "oh shit! what do I do now?!?"

im not too worried at this stage. if things dont improve by february then i will be worried. in regards to rooney leaving old trafford, that is a massive concern for the club and its fans.

i am unsure how we could fit rooney in our team, i think SAF would quit united if the glaziers to us.

I think it's the poorest United team there's been for years. They've actually been on the "Wayne" ever since Conaldo was sold, but now it appears their over-dependency on players (unfortunately) past their sell-by date (e.g. Giggs and Scholes) has finally come home to roost.

Add that to Rooney's spectacular dip in form and a defence that suddenly appears to have gone brittle and you end up with a team in need of a major overhaul.

Liverpool's demise has been even more shocking. Torres is playing like a pale shadow of his former self, and Gerrard now looks like a very big fish in an extremely small pond.

Joe Cole's so far spectacularly failed to impress too.:dozey:

Unfortunately it's indicative of the fact that standards in the Premiership have dropped, not that the other teams are that much better than before.

From a competition point-of-view, it makes it more interesting, as far more teams are likely to be "in the mix" come the end of the season, but it will be interesting to see what happens in the final stages of the European competitions.

Chelsea have had an impressive start, of course, but they don't look anywhere near as good without Drogba.;)

He did a very bad impersonation of a juggler.:dozey:

I don't know why it should be, as no player has ever been bigger than Man U.

Rooney is just the latest in a long line to have become too big for their boots

and let their fame go to their head.

If Fergie thinks he has become a liability, he'll have no hesitation in showing him the door, as he did with Beckham.;)

After seeing how Villa played after he came off the bench, you might have a point.

That goal he scored was very reminiscent of Besty at his best.

United's team is beginning to look shit, Liverpool's is already shit, if you bastards don't pick yourselves up then City will be in the top 3 or who knows how far they can take it.

Lucky ****s.

That's pretty much what I was saying, that City or other teams such as Spurs could end up in the CL - or even winning the title itself - by default rather than by being particularly impressive.

Great for the neutrals, of course, but it would nevertheless leave a bit of a sour taste in the mouth.

However, there's also still a chance that Chelski will end up running away with it, which wouldn't be good for the game either.:dozey:

You'll Never Walk Alone.

Wolverhampton and West Ham will walk with you.

I must have missed that.

I can't see anyone other then Chelsea winning it, but then again you watch them against Villa and suddenly anythings possible.

If it doesn't go to Chelsea then Arsenal should be strong and consistent enough for their quality to shine through over Spurs and City.

If Arsenal or Spurs won it, I'd be over the moon.
