Welcome to the thread for the above concert which can be used for all discussion prior to, during and after the gig.

One thread one concert - should hopefully keep everyone organised and up-to-date with Coldplay on the road.

Did you get tickets?

Are you looking for tickets?

Are you looking for ticket swaps?

Need help/directions on getting to the concert?

Not sure what the arrangements and rules are for the particular venue is?

Are you just bloody excited?

Do you have a review for the concert?

Did you take any pictures... share them here!

Big shows in September 2009

Good morning. Chris just called up BBC Radio 1 to announce that Coldplay are playing a string of stadium shows in September 2009. The dates are as follows:

Saturday 12th September - Manchester LCCC

Wednesday 16th September - Glasgow Hampden Park

Saturday 19th September - London Wembley Stadium

"It's like a dream come true," said Chris about the dates on the radio just now.

Tickets for all three shows go on sale at 9.30am on Friday 28th November. They will be available online from http://www.gigsandtours.com, http://www.ticketmaster.co.uk and http://www.ticketline.co.uk. Or, if you'd prefer to buy over the phone, the numbers are: Manchester - 0161 832 1111, Glasgow - 08444 999990 and London - 020 7734 8932.

Ticket prices are - Manchester £45; Glasgow £45, £40; London £45.

Maybe Chris' economic crisis worries were accurate. I'm really shocked they haven't all completely sold out. Or at least one of them.

I suppose it almost being Christmas doesn't help. :P

yeah...i mean if they did a gig outside my front window it would be a hell of alot easier to be at the concert

Hampden Park is literally outside my back window!

Also to anyone who gets a bus from the city centre to the gig the number 75 bus takes ya right there. OR you could get the Neilston train from Central Station to Mount Florida train station.

These are probably the best ways to get there if you're travelling from the city centre!
