Is anyone else from this board who missed the Tampa show thinking about going to the solo Chris show in California besides me....for me it's like extending the tour that little bit longer...even though it really isn't.... It will make up for the cancellation a little for me & keep off the post tour let down for a little bit longer. Anybody else gonna do the same or thinking about it??....

But No Doubt is a band, Sheryl Crow has her own musicians, Jimmy Buffett has his Coral Reefer Band. It's not billed as an acoustic concert. And would he even do Coldplay songs? How could he do them alone? It's just not right without the other boys. That's what I'm having trouble with. I know Guy collaborated with that A-ha guy, but it's not like he went solo. I emailed the Oracle to see if she could shed some light on a setlist. The U2 concert is in Los Angeles that weekend.
September 24, 200916 yr Coldplay over the PA was the best part of the night. Miley did a good show, 10 backup dancers, 5 or 6 musicians, lots of props, video screens, but the girl just can't sing. It was very cute though, to see the excitement of all the little girls who were there. It was 90% moms and daughters and just a handful of dads and boys. I'll be home until lunchtime to collect my Mother of the Year Award. Soon to be there, my son is 6 years old. He is crazy about the Blacked eye Peas. I wouldn't mind to go to one of their concerts.

I must confess I am kind of upset with the boys. LN announced the cancellation long time ago and we still haven't heard an official word from the band. I even stopped playing their cds at my car :embarassed: However, when I saw this interview I forgot all my anger. Seeing the boys in action, singing all those great songs live...they put so much love and energy in what they do. It is impossible to be mad at them. I still love them, but I really needed that last concert in Tampa :cry: I think I am not over it yet... Anyway, thanks again Reggie.
September 26, 200916 yr Hey Marcia, never say never about the Tampa concert, ya never know what they might have up their sleeves, I just can't understand why they wouldn't have said anything either about it, and that leaves a glimmer of hope that maybe, something might happen. I SERIOUSLY DOUBT IT, but we can always hope.
