Probably the colours for they were the main theme for me. The whole Viva 'thing' felt like art in its purest way. All the paintings and stuff, you know.

 

And the historical touch everything had. :D

The ridiculous work-ethic and non-stop aim to please the fans constantly through new music, free live albums, non-stop touring, and other little treats along the way.

I don't think the work ethic will change... Chris will probably be in the studio on Monday morning!

The whole art/brushstroke theme of it all! I loved it loved it loved it that's what attracted me to Coldplay in the first place! :heart:

I'll miss the whole feeling of this era. VLV isn't my favourite album, but the way they presented it and themselves was just all in all amazing. They managed to become one of the biggest bands in the world and still (to me) it felt like they were incredibly connected and thankful to their fans.

I don't know what the next era will bring, but I's going to be hard to create such a feeling again ...
