For those of you my fellow international friends wanting to come to Rock in Rio to see Coldplay:

 

The Rock in Rio Card is available only for Brazilian citizens, you'll need a brazilian ID number to buy it. But don't be too sad. The Card is only a Christms pre-sale. There are only 100k for sale and you buy them now, and not until next year do you choose what day you want to go to, when the whole line up is confirmed.

 

The regular tickets will go on sale July 1st and you don't have to be a Brazilian citizen to get one.

 

They cost R$190 and R$95 for students.

 

I'd be glad to help you out with any other doubts there might be. If I end up not replying here, feel free to PM me. :)

You'll be able to buy regular tickets when they go on sale in July and have them mailed to you.

 

Only the Rock in Rio Cards (the current presale) can't be mailed or bought internationally.

My idea is send by Wester Union the money to someone in Brasil and then he/she could buy our tickets... ;)
