These limited edition lithographs featuring artwork from Coldplay LPs and singles are hand-numbered and come with a Certificate of Authenticity. You can view the current selection of limited edition Coldplay lithographs offered by recordstore.co.uk here. They are now available for pre-order, and will be available for shipping starting the 23rd of May. If you would like to be in the drawing to win one of the limited edition lithographs, please send me a PM beginning now through the 31st of May at 23:59 GMT with an answer to the following question: "Who are the two people that share the title of '5th band member' of Coldplay?" The winners will be announced on the 1st of June. Please note that winners will need to provide their full name, shipping info, and choice of lithograph to our contact at recordstore.co.uk (you do not need to provide this info to enter the drawing). Entries will be limited to people who were members of Coldplaying.com prior to the 15th of May. Good luck! _____________________________________________ The competition has officially ended! There were a total of 193 members who submitted responses in the hopes of winning one of three lithographs (of their choice). Of those, nearly two-thirds (123) answered correctly and will be included in the drawing. Everyone answered the "first" fifth member correctly: Phil Harvey, of course! But the difficulty came with the "second" fifth member. The most common incorrect answer was Tim Wheeler (almost 50% of the incorrect responses). The other incorrect responses, in order by number of guesses, were: Brian Eno, Davide Rossi, Matt McGinn, Dan Green, Miller / R42 (ssshhhhh), Debs, Prospekt (well, that's basically Phil twice!), and Ken Nelson. There were also a few people who did not provide a second answer, or did not meet the eligbility cutoff date. So who is considered to be the other fifth member of Coldplay? It's none other than... SIMON PEGG! And if there is any doubt the Oracle even said so, and the Oracle knows everything: February 8, 2011 - submitted by Jon Paul, United Kingdom Q. Did the boys attend the premiere of Paul last night? The Oracle replies: In case you don't know who or what Paul is, it's Simon Pegg & Nick Frost's new film and as I am sure you DO know, Simon is the 5th member of Coldplay (a title jointly shared with Phil Harvey that complicates things somewhat). Anyway, Chris & Jonny both attended the London premiere last night in Leicester Square. (If you go to the Oracle section of Coldplay.com and click on the Simon Pegg tag, this will be shown in the results.) So now you know whether you will be included in the drawing.
