Id have no problem with a cover with the boys on it, but I'd still prefer something that didn't. Though a photographic panel would make sense since that's another form of art

Me neither. I periodically reflip my sleeve notes to give a new cover. I like to use the subsection of the graffiti wall with UATW/CK, or the closeup of "tonight the streets are ours." :cool:

It's really hard to say what the album cover should look like without knowing what direction the album will be going. If it is a minimalist album, then it will be similar to A Rush and if it is epic and grand it will be like Viva. Or something in between. I hope for something unique, like Nirvana's Nevermind album cover (taking away the naked baby). But something that stands out.

Anyways, I remember reading about the way Chris wrote his lyrics in "A Rush", using mostly first person, while in X&Y, he used 2nd person a lot. I haven't really paid attention to Viva and MX, but does he lean to one or the other?

Yeah, with Viva he used a lot of first person.

 

And the same with MX.
