If I recall correctly it was a similar situation with Viva la Vida, which didn't leak until just days away before the Japanese release. If I remember correctly. I might not.

If it's already been released somehow and somewhere, it's not a leak. A leak happens when something is released before any official release.

The poll was correct at the time of posting, which was at a point before we knew it was being released in Japan on the 19th.
