They look the same but the Dutch and German lists aren't the same as the UK list. Most of the releases are on all three of the lists, but not all of the UK releases will be available in the Netherlands and Germany. And the German and Dutch lists also mention releases that aren't on the UK list.

The US list has just been posted, this is the page for Coldplay, and as you can see the quantity is not set

I read about live versions too, but I don't remember where.

Well that could be, but that would mean they'd only have 4 days (make it 3 since they're playing late at night). To press, package and ship 2000 7" vinyl singles. I have no idea about those things, but I think that's pretty tight..
