MancakesTheBand
Wait a minute, I thought the performances from the concert were going to be on iTunes for at least a few weeks? What the hell happened to Coldplay's performance? I didn't stay up (until a stupid time for me to stay up with work in the morning) to watch because I was under the impression that this would be available when I got home from work today. The two other performances from last night were, but Coldplay/iTunes won't make it available.
BiggerStronger
Sometimes they don't make the headlining act's show available to watch again, sometimes they put it on a week or so after.

Tash
SXSW: Coldplay Debut Unheard Tracks From New Album 'Ghost Stories' At iTunes Festival The rockers will release their sixth studio album this May Coldplay are back and we couldn't be more delighted to hear the band have been unveiling yet more music from their forthcoming sixth studio album 'Ghost Stories' which has already soared straight up the iTunes album chart months ahead of its release this May. The Brits have been teasing fans with new music for weeks and during their set at Moody Theatre as part of this week's iTunes Festival at SXSW in Austin, Texas they finally showed some off. Kicking off their set with the never-before-heard opening track from the new record 'Always In My Head' the band proceeded to perform new single 'Magic' as well as title track 'Ghost Stories' and 'Another's Arms' before ending the night with eerie Jon Hopkins-produced 'Midnight' which the band unveiled last month. “We've been away a long time, and I can't think of a better way to come back into the world [than] in the intimate surroundings of Austin and just a couple of 100 people and the millions watching at home," to the lucky members of the crowd who enjoyed an extremely rare intimate set from the indie megastars. You can catch the entire gig as well as the rest of the Austin iTunes Festival online with those thoughtful chaps at Vevo streaming all sets lined up this week for free. Meanwhile Kendrick Lamar, Pitbull and Keith Urban are in line to headline the festival this week. Coldplay will release their new album 'Ghost Stories' in the UK on May 19 while you can download their new single 'Magic' now. link
Coldplayfan1294
So.. I just got finished watching. So far, my favorite song is "Always in My Head," followed by "Midnight," "Magic," is lower on the list. I absolutely love the mellowness of Always in My Head. That's going to be a favorite of mine. Nice chords, nice progression. Love Will on the drums. Just a nice piece. I'm not sure how I feel about Another's Arms. Agree with the sentiment that the woman's voice is kind of weird or not sure how that works. I love the chords used in that song. I'd rate it above Magic too. tauiwi
What the fudge, I cant believe the site was down when the show was on... I wanted to converse as it was going, felt naked without Coldplaying. And the big return after being in the studio! Aaagh! Geez they looked awkward playing the new songs. Funniest moment: When the streamers came down, covered the stage, and made it very difficult for the boys to play
Haruka
Geez they looked awkward playing the new songs. Funniest moment: When the streamers came down, covered the stage, and made it very difficult for the boys to play I think the right word is freshmen :p, as if they were learning how to play these songs live. loved Jonny's face when he got trapped by those streamers :awesome: CAN'T WAIT to see Guy performing the laser harp/bass live, although it will take a couple years to GS tour get to S.A. rafaelchampion
I am not blaming him, I am just telling people who only come to Coldplay section or Ghost Stories section to realize how we tried for God-knows how many pages to help saving this website but absolutely nothing is good enough. Some don't even know it's going to die. Is it our fault? It is indeed but at least we are moving our asses. If we did it it's because we care about this website as much as you do. No one did it on purpose. Call coping this entire website selfish-ism or whatever you want but I call this same selfish-ism do not provide us users with the data we collected for 12 years. Captain Crieff
I agree. It was no one's intention to crash the site. Some people are just desperate because they don't want to lose all the information and memories. They know it's their fault, they admit it, but they weren't thinking: haha big show happening tonight let's crash the site we all love so much.
