Cause you're a sky

A sky full of stars

I'm going to give you my heart

Cause you're cause a sky

A sky full of stars

And cause you light up the path

I don't care

Go on and tear me apart

I don't care if you do

Cause in a sky, a sky full of stars

I think I saw you

Cause you're a sky

A sky full of stars

I want to die in your arms

Cause you get lighter

the more it gets dark

I'm going to give you my heart

And I don't care

Go on and tear me apart

I don't care if you do

Cause in a sky, a sky full of stars

I think I see you

I think I see you

Because you're a sky

You're A sky full of stars

Such a heavenly view

Such a heavenly view

Nice.

Lyrics are really nice and simple. Not bad or cheap, just really simple.

So apparently this song and Ink are the big singles.

Everyone was tweeting about this song. I was actually worried that this album wouldn't have any big hits on it :P

i like the lyrics :)

Really excited for this one

I think that this song is actually going to be the big hit of LP6. Just a feeling. Love the lyrics. Someone on Twitter said it has a sound similar to that of DLIBYH!

So much talk of this song (and yes, Ink), so I'm really excited to hear it!

I hope not!

From reading the lyrics, I hope it sounds more like Up With the Birds.

Really excited for this one! In someway I really like the two last lines ''such a heavenly view, such a heavenly view'' :D

Well, looking at the reviews from the LA shows, the consensus is that it starts as a slow song that then explodes DLIBYH-style into a fast-paced song.

We'll just to see, but I'm pretty hopeful. :).

Is that a good thing that it sounds like DLIBYH? I like DLIBYH but it's let down horribly by the awful overproduction. Surely A Sky Full Of Stars isn't going to be like that?

Here's what someone said about that:

Oh yeah. It's wonderfully produced. It has a lot of sound but it's very well done in that you can hear each instrument. I'd compare it in sound quality to perhaps Charlie brown in how it's produced. I love it 20X more than charlie brown though. I at first expected a wall of sound but was pleasantly surprised.

Source.

Awesome awesome song. Dance song. Fun fun and definitely one of my favorites on the album. Starts of kind of slow and builds until it's one big party.

Dance song? Does it have electronic-y dance music elements?

No! Just upbeat, happy, makes you want to stand up and dance. Starts off slower and builds until you just can't stay still. Not like club-y at all.

Sounds perfect! Thanks for the description, I'm really dying to hear it :)
