Stations including Absolute to air entire gig

We're pleased to report that the Bauer Media Group will broadcast the band's 1 July show at London's Royal Albert Hall across its UK stations. It will air to an audience of over nine million people, across Absolute Radio, Magic 105.4, Kerrang! and In:Demand - Bauer’s evening show which is broadcast by 16 stations including Manchester’s Key 103, Liverpool’s Radio City, Clyde 1 across Glasgow and The Hits on national DAB.

Absolute Radio will broadcast the whole gig – exclusive, live and uninterrupted as part of Pete Donaldson’s evening show.

Unfortunately yes :(

Where do you have that information from? I just read the T&C out of curiosity and I can't find anything where it states: "UK residents only". The only restriction I find is the age of 16 and that you must text Absolute radio via an UK mobile number.

I have an old UK number, which I could have had re-activated but now I don't have the time to top up .... arrrgh, please say for UK residents only :D

When you to the T&C the first sentence is this: "These Terms and Conditions must be read in conjunction with Absolute Radio's standard Competition Terms and Conditions which can be found here. When you click on "here" there are the general T&C's and there it says UK residents only.

BTW it's over now anyway, isn't it? Who won?

Alright, thanks for clarification here. Glad I did not miss an opportunity. Well, I did, but I could not have done anything about it then ;) why is no German radio station doing such a competition? British ok, but there were also Dutch radio stations... to say it with Chris' words at Casino de Paris: "meeeh" lol

Merseyside.A hour train to liverpool then 2ish hours to London.

Oh ok. That's quite a journey. Especially now that the main purpose why you wanted to go there is vanished... Suppose you'll wander around grumpily and moody and sad. I would feel that way if I was in London and not able to go to Coldplay... Ahhh so sorry. But I really hope some tickets go to resale! Toi toi toi as we say in Germany ;)
