Bit of a bizarre update here -- as you can see, I don't post often, so there's definitely a reason for me visiting this thread. I flew on a United flight from EWR-ZRH this Saturday evening, and the in-flight entertainment console offered (among thousands of hours of other programming) a Coldplay short film entitled "Ghost Stories." Needless to say, I watched it, and was shocked to see that it was exactly what we've been proposed by the band to be released later this November. It was a full concert recording on a 360 degree stage from the Ghost Stories tour, and it was lovely. It had an official intro and credits, and it seemed rather legit. The only difference I've noticed between the movie I watched and the DVD as described in this thread is that the in-flight movie included Clocks and Viva la Vida.

 

Any thoughts on what this might be? It was an awesome experience as you're cruising at 36,000 feet -- and it certainly made my in-flight meal much more enjoyable!

EDIT: Sorry for the double-post, international data is horrendous.

My guess is that they put the TV special up on it? Because that is the only one that included clocks and viva. Did it have Paradise?

How come the same item Ghost Stories Live 2014 (CD & DVD) is available in 2 different prices, one is $12.99 via Amazon & the other is $22.99 via the official store? Isn't it the same thing? why the huge price diference? :confused:

 

Is the (DVD & CD) package only available in the European store? Not anywhere else? I tried to look for it on Amazon but could not find it!

 

It bugs me that I can't decide where & how to buy this item yet..:( but I don't want to pay for an overpriced item..
