I increasingly feel like, unless the tour organizer does something sensible (like set up a GA area), the MetLife shows are going to be an utter sh*tshow. Only a small percentage of us with field seats are paying any attention to this. Once hundreds of people, many of them VIP, arrive to discover that they have been given the bait-and-switch treatment, there is going to be heck to pay. If I was an usher at MetLife, I would call in sick this weekend.

 

Yeah, what a colossal screwup by the tour. There's going to be a lot of relocations, I'm sure, for seats that no longer exist. I was very polite when I called but specifically pointed out that I had bought my Section 12 seats with the intention of being directly next to the curved arm and then was nowhere near it after the switch. Ticketmaster was actually pretty nice about it.

I finally heard from Citi Thank You Events with the details, it's "shut the front door" better than expected.

 

Backstage tour, check in from 4:45pm to 5:20pm.

 

Lounge open from 5:30pm to 8:30pm.

 

No word on where the tickets are though, that's still a surprise. I will have to take the first train leaving from NY Penn to make it there on time. I'll do my best to get good pictures and/or videos of the tour if they let us. Sorry to read about floor seat situation, I'm going to keep my expectations low for my seats.

Yeah seriously, I was gobsmacked in a good way reading that e-mail. No way of knowing if they are offering this for all the venues that have the Citi TY tickets, someone should do a PSA with this info.

I have a question, is the C-stage located on the right-hand or left-hand site, viewed from the main stage (so as to avoid confusion: is it closer to where Guy usually stands or to where Jonny usually stands) ?

If you are facing the stage Jonny is left, Guy is right so...... but its in the round at the end so its where they end up I guess you could say Jonny is section 14 side and guy is 13 but who the hell knows.....

Thanks but I think I didn't state my question clearly enough, I just wanted to now to which side the C-stage branches off (not where J and G stand on it). So is the C-stage gonna be in the direction of 12/13 or towards 14/9 ? Or is the C-stage actually the round at the end, and i just confuse it with the B-stage in my head ?

It's more to the left hand/Guy's side. Recent pics from the stadium suggest that it's the same as in Europe.

Well, Jonny has a loft in New York on Astor Place - Greenwich Village, I think is this building .

I don't know if he stays there while is on tour, but maybe you can try to look a hotel near that area,that could be where the band is.

OMG guys! After reading the new posts on this thread, I decided to check Ticketmaster on a whim. I found a seat in Section 13 ROW 2!!!

So, I REALLY need to sell my current ticket. It's Section 13 Row 19 Seat 4. Please message me if you're interested!
