In St. Louis (Sept. 2005) my buddies and I bought a disposable camera and wrote on there to finish the roll of film and send the pictures back to my home address. When Guy (bass) took the camera and read the note on it, I was SUPER excited! He gave me a thumbs up and it seemed like he knew what I was asking for. Does anyone have any idea what they do with "gifts" from the audience because (this comes to no surprise)....I haven't received pictures mailed from Guy yet and it is Feb. 2008.... Any other stories out there like that? Or did anyone else give Coldplay something during the concert?

So with everyone either liking or disliking Violet Hill on whether it sucks or it's amazing in your opinion. Is anyone else out there who is more excited about seeing the band live after so many years? Having news about them giving a couple of FREE LIVE SHOWS Just EXCITES ME EVEN MORE. I can't wait for the rest of the details to come out and to go see them live. I am just dying here! PS: Who knows.. maybe I'll bump into Jonny:wink3::P

Do you think it will be based on the cover art ? this time around its kinda difficult to imagine what they'll do with the visuals/effects for this tour....

Er, can anybody tell me the difference between the Concert at Brixton Academy and the Show at MSG? Sounds a bit like they're doing the Today Show a bit early, but I may be wrong. Ideas?

Well, I need some help. When I went to see Coldplay that Wednesday night, I was a concert n00b. And I didn't know you could pick up a GA ticket after the show outside the door. And ever since then, i've wondered 'WHY COULDNT I KEEP MY TICKET!!?!'. But i've learned how to internet. And I really want a ticket from GA from that night as a memento. I'm willing to pay for Shipping and even some dollars for whatever it is your saving up for. I just want a ticket for my collection. Ples? Halp?

Which was a better live performance, Live 2003 or Glastonbury 2002? Personally I like Glastonbury 02 more just cuz of the raw emotion and being outside in the huge arena and the cold weather and everything.

So, Coldplay has mentioned some random dates and festivals they will be playing-but does anyone have an idea about a world-wide tour? Like others have said, no real official UK dates and etc. I'm bringing this up because I live in Vancouver and don't think I can make it to the Pemberton Festival, therefore wondering when they will play a concert in Vancouver. Any guesses to when the tour details will be released?

When the twisted logic tour was in full swing espcailly in the UK. The offical COLDPLAY board set up a ticket exhange or spare tickets section. With this forum now gone, there wont be anything there for the forthcoming tour wheras there is vairous speculation including from myself will happen over the comming seasons. Do you think such a idea would work here... I am posting this for the time being in the coldplay.com section to get feedback from mods, Ian and members alike.. It may afterwards if the idea is feasable have its own section.. I guess also here at COLDPLAYING.com being such the nice people we are we could also use this as section so forum membe…

hey, i practically gave up hope of coldplay coming here to Israel (although thousands of fans like me would give anything for that to happen). as a result, i'm planning a trip to europe (probably UK) to see them live. so, my question is - what is the best, easiest way to keep track of their latest anouncements about tours? i do check out this forum pretty often, but isn't there a place when it's listed in an organized, formal way? and if we mentioned a tour - any new rumors?

Muse and The Verve will headline this year's V Festival, according to reports. The two bands will head up the main stage while The Prodigy and Kaiser Chiefs top the bill on the second stage, reports Drownedinsound.com. But VF has heard whispers that Coldplay could be lined up for a shock headline performance at V Festival, which could mean the band sharing headline duties, as has been done in the past. The Verve have just been confirmed to headline Coachella in California and are also being tipped to play Glastonbury, as are Muse. Coldplay have played down any suggestions they will be performing live this summer but a big money deal could persuade them. Other ac…

Okay, so in my spare time online I am somewhat of a (coldplay inspired)you-tube addict. Last year I realized how many videos of coldplay playing live there were on you-tube and alas...I've seen a disgustingly vast amount of live coldplay performance vids. While going through segments of glastonbury 2005, I noticed on the setlist from easytoplease.net that they supposedly played "swallowed in the sea" after clocks, right before the encore. To my knowledge there is a you-tube video for every song in that concert EXCEPT swallowed in the sea. Furthermore, I have so far been unsuccessful in finding any decent-quality footage of coldplay performing this song live (despi…
